SUBSCRIPTION policies
- Delivery Radius
Available within 20 miles of Eden Prairie, MN. - Delivery Days
Bi-weekly and monthly deliveries will be scheduled on Fridays. We’ll notify you ahead of each delivery. - Start Date
Once payment is received, we will begin your subscription the following Friday.
Bi-weekly deliveries go out on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.
Monthly deliveries are scheduled for the 1st Friday of each month. - Custom Requests
Our bouquets follow a seasonal designer’s choice style. If you have allergies or strong dislikes, let us know! - Skipping a Delivery
Going out of town? You may skip up to 2 deliveries in a year (with 48-hour notice). We’ll credit you for future dates. *Only applicable on the 12 month subscription plan. - Gifting Option
Subscriptions can be gifted! Just provide the recipient’s address at checkout and any message you’d like to include.
- Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the first bouquet has been delivered. However, you may transfer your subscription to a friend or family member within our delivery radius once. - Pause or Cancel
You can pause or cancel future deliveries with at least 7 days’ notice. Refunds will be prorated minus any applied discounts. - Care Instructions
To enjoy your flowers for longer, follow these simple steps:
– Remove any foliage that would be below the waterline to avoid contaminating the water
– Re-cut the stems at a 45° angle to encourage maximum water absorption
– Place the stems in a clean vase with freshly-drawn, lukewarm water as soon as possible
– Ensure the flowers are positioned out of direct sunlight, away from drafts or heating and avoid extreme temperatures
– Change the water regularly to keep the flowers happy and healthy.
– Flowers arrive with naturally-occurring guard petals to protect them during transport. Please remove these outer petals upon receipt to enjoy the optimal beauty of your flowers.
